Personality: She fancies herself a trickster and likes to rely on her wits to carry the day. She cares for her older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. Her brief stint in the army gave her the idea she was invincible and that she is the toughest woman alive.

History: Shax was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. By chance she met her brother recently and the two have been together since.

Personality: He has always had a great fascination with Half-Elven culture. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: Born in the east his family was never financially stable. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he has decided he is irredeemable

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He found a children's book about a Half-Elf Ranger who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Bather.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by orcs, and he desires to right it; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge
