History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions; and she possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. While he appears to be a normal Tiefling, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

History: Paymon hails from a village terrorized by brigands. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered north to less war torn lands. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Paymon fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: He wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away; and someone believes him a fraud
