History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his father. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Elves in the east were limited. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: She is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks her mind. When she's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, she's doing poetry.

History: A child with a great deal of poetry talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. While she appears to be a normal Dwarf, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.

Description: He is a paragon of his species. He is larger and stronger than most Half-Orcs. His skin is light but he possesses many black ritualistic tattoos. He is wearing the road beaten gear of a warrior. His head has been shaved. His eyes are likewise blue.

Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: He was born at the edge of vast mountains. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He bought a sword and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and money/treasure

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He enjoys reading and quiet.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Fletcher responsibilities is difficult; and to share knowledge with the world

Description: Standing 3'5", this man is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright blue and brown, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. His silver hair is singed and shortened. His hazel unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Gnome in existence. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: He was born into a rich family. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and he is greedy
