Personality: She is not truly malevolent, but she is obsessed with singing. She constantly tries to fill her life with singing. She takes great pride in her work and is very well organized. Her planner is full of calendar events.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. When the war came and ruined her parents she was left adrift. She was a hard woman then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: Shadow hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. A gifted student he started as a Barkeep, but he got bored and became a Butcher. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family His parents were killed by goblins in a raid when he was still a young child. The goblins captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. if successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact
