History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the east. He found a children's book about a Half-Elf Expert who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

His father taught him the rudiments of the Dilettante arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

History: Zaffrab was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Cleric, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Cleric in service of a powerful lord somewhere. Zaffrab was born on a far eastern plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Cartwright. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

History: Born in the north to a Unemployed, Grûblik learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Half-Orc conditions. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Unemployed for hire.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. Balam liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.
