Personality: He is fixated on the number 87. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature mace.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Miller work with an outfit from a few towns over. Miller work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Miller.

Description: An older man who is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing black cape and mantle trimmed with soft tan waves gently in the breeze, he is not a threatening figure. He wears his brown hair down. His eyes are likewise red.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. A gifted student he started as a Healer, but he got bored and became a Ruler. He now mingles about in high society.

Personality: He acts crazy and hedonistic. Sammal enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Sammal was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature lance.
