History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. His father took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and he desires to right it

History: Nurkara hails from a village terrorized by illithids. Nurkara liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by illithids. Nurkara was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the illithids.

History: A child with a great deal of music talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He has had some formal music training, and achieved minor success. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature falchion.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark.
