Description: He appears as an extremely gaunt Human, and stands approximately 5'3". He tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look, and his gloved hand is found clutching a sword. His red hair is knotted and matted. His violet eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: He has always had a great fascination with Elven culture. Alex enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He got into the Beggar business at a young age. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Beggar.

Description: He is a pot bellied eastern man with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. He wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with small hat. He wears his blonde hair up in a very large beehive style do. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. The war was a terrible time for him, and Altho does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was born in the east. In his 10th year, his parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Altho alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: A deep hatred of giants; and revenge

Description: He is a man of bearing and well nourished. He has a large brown mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into his grey robe. His blonde hair is thinning but still full. His eyes are a pleasant hazel.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Soapmaker born in the past three hundred years. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Diggory fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and to be a miner again

Description: She is a physically imposing dark-skinned woman. She wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. She has wavy golden hair. She wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: Barbena is a sociable creature first and foremost. She loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. She can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. She is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Barbena was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. While she appears to be a normal Dwarf, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She eventually got the idea of being the protector of her homeland from reading books, and has made it her duty.

Description: 3'1" and muscular, this southern man wears a white costume with the symbols of luck on his torso. He has done his best to style his red hair to look like a famous performer. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: This man loves painting and to teach people painting more than just about anything. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: Dondon was born with his father's beautiful face. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has been helping groups of widows and orphans who have fled abusive spouses or lost their families to goblins.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs
