He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He got money to start a business from the gang present in town. He is greatly indebted to them.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Elven artifacts is his passion; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

History: She comes from a rich northern family. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She has dedicated herself to building a better world.

Motivation: To reunite with her absent mother; and meet up once more with her childhood friend

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Naeris fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. She has had some formal singing training, and achieved minor success. She bought a hammer and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.
