Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

Description: This slender man stands about 5'9". He has a large black mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into his grey robe. His hair is always cut to a buzz. His eyes are a pleasant violet.

Personality: He is a Cartwright first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: He was born in a small island village. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Ratlûg fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

Personality: She is envious of other's things. She hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that she so desires. She will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: Lagazi was born with her mother's beautiful face. A gifted student she started as a Glassblower, but she got bored and became a Merchant. She has worked as a Merchant like her mother before her.

Description: He is a pot bellied eastern man with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. He wears brown robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a mace, but if one is not available he will default to his bastard sword. He has a very tight haircut. This gray eyed easterner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. Thorin is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: Thorin was born in the east. At a young age he loved to build and create. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: Marry his sister to traveling adventurers; and to reunite with his absent father

Description: A pudgy woman standing about 4'10" has a big stupid grin on her face most of the time. She is wearing a perfectly clean shirt and pair of pants. Her auburn hair has been sun bleached extensively. Her face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. Her spectacle hidden eyes are a deep amber.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Mara isn't afraid of most anything. She has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Elven unity. She always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove her into the Cartwright business.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
