Personality: Quiet and reserved she prefers to listen than to talk. She will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. Bryseis enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: She was born in the south. She inherited a moderately successful company from her mother. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She now mingles about in high society.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this southern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.

History: He was born in the south. He moved out north to avoid the crime he committed. Being a Interpreter kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic woman, Jarana's first love is herself. Her second love is also herself. She is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: Her psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. Ostracized due to the psionic powers of her oldest sister, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Dwarves became a terror of the countryside. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: To settle down with her crush; and she wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love; and he wants to get laid
