Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Percival grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Percival. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. She claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day she will do what she thinks is right.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. She always admired divine-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. She used her abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and balancing her hectic life and new mayor responsibilities is difficult

Description: A plain young-adult man, he likes to wear ponchos typically of a light pastel in addition to tight pants. His lavender fur is kept up in a ponytail inside a wide-brimmed hat. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines copper.

Personality: He is mildly Tabaxi supremacist, though he does not identify as such. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of brigands may trigger it at times.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. His parents were killed by brigands in a raid when he was still a young child. The brigands captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Description: A thin woman, she clearly needs to put on some weight, but she still has a lot of muscle. She likes to wear black tank tops with green skirt. She keeps her long silver crest kept up in a rat tail. Her red eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: She is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends she is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy herself. Animals are drawn to her, and she is able to talk to them.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Dragonborns in the north were limited. She has never given up on her music dream.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often.
