Personality: Cocky and sure of herself, she believes she is the best Barrister born in the past three hundred years. She is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in her opinion.

History: Rosamund was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Ostracized due to the martial powers of her oldest brother, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Naill grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Naill. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

History: She was born in the south. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her father's willingness to do anything to win. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact; and to clean up the streets

History: She was born into a rich family. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Knight. She hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Motivation: Wants her loneliness to end; and she is greedy
