History: Bathin hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. His parents were killed by gnolls in a raid when he was still a young child. The gnolls captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He now mingles about in high society.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. In his journeys he found a malevolent artifact. He wishes to return this artifact and its corrupting influence back to where it came.
