History: Gifted from a young age, Philomena studied abroad. A freak accident while working with her Sailor mother left her crippled. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Personality: She never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. She is stubborn though. She always likes to keep a trick up her sleeve. She likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if she feels she even has a chance of losing.

History: She was born in a small island village. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. She now mingles about in high society.

Breena grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Breena. She used her abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.
