Description: A woman with a warm, jovial air about her, she wears a shirt that is too small, which lets her gut show, with a ratty tan coat over it. Her red hair is long and unkept. Her eyes are likewise gray.
Personality: Ranala wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Ranger, so she tries to act the part. She does a good job, for the most part... She is accommodating to her spouse and as such limits her hospitality. She is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven herself a capable leader.
History: When she was but 4 years old her parents immigrated from the west. Ranala abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. She has dedicated herself to building a better trade route.
Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Tiefling artifacts is her passion; and she wants to meet her childhood hero

Description: The dark-skinned woman stands 4'10" and wears baggy brown pantaloons and a yellow scarf. Her blonde hair is lengthy. Her eyes are brown and beady.
Personality: She is unhospitable to her core. Her small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. She also has developed a complete distrust of the Unemployed profession.
History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when giants swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Her parents were killed by giants in a raid when she was still a young child. The giants captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. She struck the Mayor job and began her own company from there.
Motivation: Several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge; and she has a rivalry with the church that dominates her actions

Description: This late middle aged man is wearing a long, blue, dusty cloak and is in decent physical shape. With a patchy brown beard and wild brown hair. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.
Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his dancing with anyone who is interested.
History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Fisher arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. In his 16th year, his parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Naeris alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has never given up on his dancing dream.
Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Fisher and was forced into it by his family.

Description: A pudgy woman standing about 5'2" has a big stupid grin on her face most of the time. She wears a suit in poor condition. It has not been laundered in sometime and has been worn in activities one would not normally wear a suit during. She has moderate length black hair. She has gleaming, smiling blue eyes.
Personality: She speaks before she thinks and is too direct. When triggered she is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.
History: Her divine talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Herleva grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Herleva. She has dedicated herself to building a better trade route.
Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and she possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

She has moderate length white hair. Her face is full, her cheeks are rosy, and she always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in her hazel eyes.
Personality: Isabella speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. She is clearly well-traveled and educated. Her temper goes off on the smallest of things. She tends to lash out at those around her.
History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Her father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.
Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC.
