Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Phelaia embodies much of what other species detest in the Tieflings. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: Phelaia hails from a village terrorized by giants. Through the years after Phelaia was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Phelaia's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
