History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Damien was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He has never given up on his painting dream.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a large cave. She would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Vadania took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up glaive and armor she uses now. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.
