History: Fargas was born with his father's beautiful face. At some point he was captured by orcs and was tortured. After several years of this he finally managed to escape. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: Cocky and sure of herself, she believes she is the best Carpenter born in the past three hundred years. She has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a woman enough she will sell her own mother. Money is her most trusted friend.

History: Willow lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Carpenter work with an outfit from a few towns over. Carpenter work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She left for the east, certain she would find work there.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Krakhorn's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: He was born in the west. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Mayor hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
