History: Mehen was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Cook hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Her father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her father was legitimate. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions; and she doesn't get along with people that don't share her tastes

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: Nadarr lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He always admired psionic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him; and doesn't want to be a barber and was forced into it by his family

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. He has had some formal singing training, and achieved minor success. He has never given up on his singing dream.
