History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. She became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. Being a Baker kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact; and she has decided she is irredeemable

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and he's looking for his big break

Personality: He hates Half-Elves with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: A powerful necromancer made him what he is. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Stableman they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Shipwright, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it
