History: She was born in the south. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: She'd like to take her coworkers down a peg.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Hethress grew up listening to her mother's many stories. She found a children's book about a Dragonborn Monk who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
