Description: A 4'4" eastern man, he is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time. His hair, while still mostly red, has prominent grey streaks. His eyes are a pleasant violet.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Rurik embodies much of what other species detest in the Dwarves. He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Detective.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. A friendly and beautiful Half-Orc, he is rarely seen without a few beauties around his arms. Though a playboy in all rights, he is no lame duck.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.
