History: Born in the north to a Carpenter, Rosamund learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. She worked as a nervous Carpenter and found it very stressful. She now owns her own business.

Sporting a blonde mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady gray eyes.

Personality: He acts crazy and hedonistic. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: This slender man stands about 5'2". He likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. Sporting a chestnut mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: Hugh was born the youngest of three triplets. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Hugh grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Hugh. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

Description: An imposing woman with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic right leg, she wears loose pants and a collared shirt complete with sweater beneath her coat. Her small hat is riddled with cuts and holes. She wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: She fancies herself a trickster and likes to rely on her wits to carry the day. She cares for her older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.

History: She was born in a small plains village. Being born in the south, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the south for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way north. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Ruler and was forced into it by her family; and to reunite with her absent mother
