His mother had died from a severe disease that was unknown to the village doctor. Dalgal was heart-stricken from the event, and his father started working long hours to provde for them. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. Through the years after Randal was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Randal's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: Expand his business; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. His father was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
