History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. Through the years after Neega was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Neega's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: She is not truly malevolent, but she is obsessed with writing. She constantly tries to fill her life with writing. She has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: Galiena was born with her father's beautiful face. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
