History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the east. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Ruler for hire.

Description: A pudgy man standing about 5'5" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He dresses in collared shirts and wears a proper scarf over his head. His black hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. His gray eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He became a Mayor soon after.

Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of his physical features obscured. He has dyed his greying brown fur a little too much giving a sharp brown color. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his hazel eyes.

Personality: He acts crazy and hedonistic. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.

History: He got into the Bellfounder business at a young age. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Bellfounder. After a long history of fighting, Flask and his spouse have recently divorced.
