Description: His skin has the orange glow of too much sun. He wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. With bright silver hair and a scraggly beard. His green eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: Dean is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.

History: Dean hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

Motivation: Many gnolls want him driven away.

Personality: He thrives on attention. He does whatever is in his power to gain the attention of whomever he deems a fit date. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit men.

History: Born in the east his family was never financially stable. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He struck the Navigator job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life; and expand his business

Description: A woman with a warm, jovial air about her, she wears a custom-built plate barding that's adorned with black lining and desert motifs. She sports red long hair. Her face is scarred and worn.

Personality: She snorts whenever she laughs or is feeling confident. Her temper goes off on the smallest of things. She tends to lash out at those around her.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. A serious injury left her mother unemployed and in need of constant care. Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm mother. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: She is greedy; and to reunite with her absent mother
