History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the west. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Dragonborns in the west were limited. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage daughter.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. When Umpen reached his early adolescence his Gnome father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.
