History: She was born in the north, but her parents moved at a very young age to the east. Her family was turned out during the war. She and her family wandered north to less war torn lands. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. When Veloptima reached her early adolescence her Gnome father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She used her abilities to travel the world and help people.
