History: A powerful brothel owner made her what she is. While she appears to be a normal Tiefling, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. There was a wharf not far from home where she often wandered off to fish.
