History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after Rurik was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Rurik's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Gnomish artifacts is his passion; and wants to work out more often
