History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the south were limited. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Her partner is her best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. She loves her children and doesn't want them to worry about her. She loves to share her poetry with anyone who is interested.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. Her father disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her father, she was betrayed dozens of times. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature bastard sword.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother; and her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage
