History: Wella was born the youngest of three triplets. Her first spouse was a Barrister, they had one son, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She has been saving her money to try and buy her sister's freedom.

Motivation: An old rival family wants her found.

Personality: She barks her statements quickly and with little fuss. She prefers small words and is at her heart utilitarian. She invented a lineage for herself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. Luthra liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
