Mary was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the gnolls.

Description: A thin woman, she clearly needs to put on some weight, but she still has a lot of muscle. She wears a robe, a symbol of her god around her neck, and a longbow on her belt. She keeps her white hair in a pixie cut. Her face is scarred and worn.

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk she knows how to make people feel guilty. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Seraphina is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Scribe. He struck the Scribe job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and balancing his hectic life and new scribe responsibilities is difficult
