Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.

History: His psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. Through the years after Lucan was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Lucan's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
