Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage son.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when brigands swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In his 11th year, his parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Damien alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion.

History: He comes from a rich western family. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Dilettante for hire.

Description: With blue face paint in a stripe pattern across her face, she sports brown clothing, slightly heavier than average wear. She keeps her yellow fur in a pixie cut. Her eyes, though not visible through her cowl, are yellow.

Personality: She cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with her opinion, she thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, she can get violently argumentative. She will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
