Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he has a large black mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into his tan robe. He has done his best to style his chestnut hair to look like a famous performer. He is baby faced.

Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. The war was a terrible time for him, and Pelaios does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He got into the Cartwright business at a young age. His childhood dream was to be a Healer, but he was a colossal failure. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 6 years.

Description: She is a pot bellied eastern woman with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. She wears a tan vest with golden trim over her white shirt. Her yellow leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and her tan boots flare out at the collars. Her hair is greying and her face has many wrinkles. Her hazel eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: A deeply religious woman she believes everything happens for a reason. She loves teas. She is very sensitive about her face. To blow off anger she lifts weights and to control her otherwise explosive temper she works out a lot.

History: She was born on a small isolated farm. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Spice Merchant hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Althaea fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: Her religion dominates her actions; and she is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs

Description: He is dressed in a clean blue cloak covering his clean studded leather. His attire stands in sharp contrast to his hammer, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a skull on it. His silver hair is unkempt and raggedy. His violet eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Sellsword. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He tends to his Sellsword job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Description: 6'10" and lanky with angular features, he is an attractive figure. He wears black painted combat armor at almost all times. His chestnut hair is heavily combed to the left. His brown eyes are passionate and lively.

Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. He is very protective of his business, his home, and his spouse. He is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. Being a Baker kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day
