Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Whurbin will drive conversation. He is an amazing painter.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Description: He wears baggy brown pantaloons and a grey scarf. He carries with him a set of whips, each one with a jet on the hilt. He only wears one on his belt and the other on his back. He wears a broad hat to hide his balding. His yellow unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Moon was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Moon decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Description: This late middle aged man is wearing a tight black one piece outfit complete with pants, hood, and a cape and is in decent physical shape. He wears a top hat to hide his balding. His eyes are gold and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: He was raised in a island tribe. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

Her gold eyes peer out from beneath her wide-brimmed green hat.

Personality: She is a Carter first and foremost. She believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. She is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes her no end of embarrassment.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Carter for hire.
