One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Personality: Anakis is a sociable creature first and foremost. She loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. She can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. Her home and work are filled with various knick knacks she has acquired through the years. She cares a great deal for her adopted teenage son.

History: She comes from a rich southern family. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Elven activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Elven doctor. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 65. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He takes great pride in his work and is very well organized. His planner is full of calendar events.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Like his father and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Mayor. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
