Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He always admired psionic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.
