History: Driindar hails from a village terrorized by brigands. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Unemployed work with an outfit from a few towns over. Unemployed work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She's also a talented Roofer, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Personality: She is irritable and easily angered. She is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use her stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. She is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of her. She is by nature obliging.

History: Shax was born in the west. At a young age she loved to build and create. The family's rival house kidnapped her sister with the intent that her sister marry their son to gain control of contested properties. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: She is a woman who does what she needs to. She will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. On top of that she is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to her employer will always come first she doesn't like to hit women.

History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Osah grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Osah. She has became unsatisfied with her lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: He was born at the edge of vast desert. He was taken from his home at a very young age. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it
