His father taught him the rudiments of the Spy arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Fragrant hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. In her 12th year, her parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Fragrant alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.
