Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Gruk isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Half-Orc unity. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Half-Orcs.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: She shows great sympathy to all travelers. She's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. Verna enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Verna grew up listening to her mother's many stories. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. After a long history of fighting, Verna and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Halfling artifacts is her passion.

History: Her druidic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. She helped her father out around the business and became quite the natural. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Unemployed.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.
