She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She bought a falchion and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: She doesn't get along with people that don't share her tastes; and she feels the way she acts is they only way to get by in the world
