History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: Quillathe is depressed about a lot of things. She tends to be a nihilist. She has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Ostracized due to the arcane powers of her oldest sister, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Elves became a terror of the countryside. She was granted arcane powers by her dying sister.
