History: She was born in the east, but her parents moved at a very young age to the south. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Hugolina has worked very hard to control her curse. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he wears a tattered pair of loose pastel pants, a matching torn shirt, and a visible pair of similar condition same color briefs. He has no fur. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. He is always in debt, since he spends his money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: Born in the west to a Mayor, Tree learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Mayor work with an outfit from a few towns over. Mayor work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Mayor for hire.
