Personality: Quiet and reserved she prefers to listen than to talk. She will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. She is used to getting what she wants. In part because she is a meticulous planner.

History: Born in the south her family was never financially stable. Through the years after Joan was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Joan's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Her family was turned out during the war. She and her family wandered south to less war torn lands. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.
