Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. The war was a terrible time for him, and Rangrim does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. A freak accident while working with his Bounty Hunter father left him crippled. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.
