Personality: He is a hateful person. He taunts others and blames them for his problems. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Half-Elves.

History: Norman was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He became a Detective soon after.
